You encountered a man, Drew Larkin, dying alongside a road in the Arkovian Foothills. He told you of a man named Isaiah, who stabbed Drew in cold blood over their wagon full of scrap and left him to rot out on the road. With his dying breaths, Drew implored you to hunt down Isaiah and kill him in revenge for what he had done. Isaiah is likely just further down the road, his journey burdened by a cart-load of scrap.

- Deal with Isaiah Reddan.
Isaiah can be found just a little further along the road. Talk to him and you will be given several options.
If you hear what he has to say and believe him, you will be rewarded with 1200 Experience.
If you ask for half the profits in exchange for his life, you will receive 1200 Experience and 1000 Iron bits.
If you decide to kill him as Drew asked, you will have the opportunity to fight him. Killing him will end the quest with no reward. You will, however, have to later face Isaiah's daughter Josephine Reddan, who will be waiting for revenge across the bridge to the Rocky Coast. You will have to fight her as well, and she will drop the Reddan Memento Ring.
