Collin Taverin is one of the human survivors initially hiding in Deadman's Gulch. Collin is worried about his sister Dahlia, who tried to pass through the Mountain Deeps to seek rescue and supplies for the group, but hasn't returned. As part of the quest Too Late for Rescue, Collin asks the Taken for help finding his sister. After the Taken clears the riftgate near Homestead, Collins and the other members of the group relocate there.
