This is a small Act 6 side quest, offered by Rictor Clarke in the Steelcap District after completing the Survivors Quest.
Rictor is grateful you rescued Vivian, even though his own death is near. He tells you of his stash in his old shop by the docks, saying they are yours if you find them.
